Liam’s Be Cafe, a non-profit, provides meaningful employment to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Recently, they celebrated the amazing milestone of five years of employment across their three locations! The vision of Liam’s Be Cafe is clear: We believe everyone belongs, and we can work beside one another. This mission was inspired by founder Jennifer Cole, whose son, Brody, was born with Down syndrome. After seeing the need for more inclusive work opportunities, Jennifer founded Brody Be’s Cafe in October 2019. Today, the cafe is mostly run by individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, yet it’s a place where everyone truly belongs.
